What are the cleaning instructions?
After light use, we recommend whipping down the surface with alcohol wipes or special PVC fabric cleaner. For heavier use, our products are machine washable, but should be treated as delicates, and should be washed inside of a laundry bag.
How much will my order cost?
Given that each piece is made according to customer specifications, the price is not known until the product is complete. During the intial consultation, an estimate will be given for the cost of the item. The final price is subject to fluctuation up to 25% from the inital estimate.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Every product here at TekaTeka Customs is hand-made and made to order, thus takes time to produce. Wait times for orders depend heavily on the item(s) ordered, the volume of orders pending at any given time, and the availability of materials. An estimate will be given upon receival of the order.
Where are your products shipped from?
All of our products are handmade in and shipped from Japan.
How do I check the status of my order?
Once your product is shipped out, you will receive a tracking number by email where you will be able to track your order from here to your door.
What do I do if my order arrives damaged?
While we do take great care to make sure your order arrives safely, accidents involving the postal system do happen. In the event of this happening, please contact us and we will do what we can to help resolve your issue.
How much will shipping cost?
Shipping cost will be calculated based on the delivery address provided.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via PayPal and cash (only for those residing in the Tokyo area).
